Every Tuesday, cadets engage in various instructional periods that are aimed towards enhancing naval knowledge and terminology, leadership, instructional techniques, drill, and more!
Cadets are informed of what type of uniform they will wear each week. Cadets are encouraged to seek guidance from other senior cadets with regards to wearing and maintaining uniform parts. Cadets can also look here if they have questions. If a cadet is not able to attend a regular parade night (i.e. Tuesday night training) or any other mandatory/complimentary training they have signed up for, they are to fill out an absence request form and submit it to the officers. This is to ensure accurate attendance is maintained. The staff of 45 Jervis Bay want to ensure that all cadets enjoy their time at all training activities in the cadet program. If you have any concerns, please reach out the the officers of 45 Jervis Bay and we will be more than happy to assist! |

Cadets are to speak to their respective Deputy Petty Officers (DPO). The DPO will then speak to their respective officer or Coxswain to address the issue. The following are examples of some, but not all appropriate uses of the Chain of Command:
